The Epson Global ID is a single-sign-on feature that allows you to use multiple services provided by the Seiko Epson Group.
With the Epson Global ID, you only need to log in once to use any of the supported services.
Your registration information and measurement data is also shared for each supported service.


The Epson Global ID covers the following services.

For RUNSENSE View, M-Tracer For Golf, PULSENSE View users:

  1. Access the service from a mobile device app or from a web browser.
  2. When you log in using your Epson Sensing ID, a screen with instructions on switching to Epson Global ID appears.
    Click the 'Next step' button.
  3. After checking the 'Switching Email Address to Epson Global ID', 'Country or Region', and 'Language' content on the screen for the service you are using, confirm the 'Terms of Service' and 'Privacy Statement', and then click the 'Agree to all Terms of Service and continue' button.
    * Users who change their email address in step (3), or who have not verified their changed email address, should continue to steps (1) and (2) below.
    (1). Check the email address displayed on the screen, and then click the 'Send Email' button. A confirmation email is sent to that address.
    (2). Enter the verification code from the sent email in the field on the screen displayed, and then click the 'Verify' button.
    * You need to complete verification within 30 minutes of sending the email.
  4. You have successfully created your Epson Global ID.

  1. Access the login page for the service you are using from a Web browser.
  2. Click the 'New Registration' button.
  3. Confirm the 'Terms of Service' and 'Privacy Statement' for the service you are using.
    After accepting these items, enter our email address, password, country, region, and language.
    Click the 'Send Confirmation Email' button to send an email to the address you entered.
  4. Enter the verification code from the sent email in the field on the screen displayed, and then click the 'Verify' button.
    * You need to complete registration within 30 minutes of sending the email.
  5. Select each service you want to use, and then complete registration.
  6. You have successfully created your Epson Global ID.

The Epson Global ID (email address) you registered is already in use.
Login using the Epson Global ID (email address) and password you registered.

If you cannot receive emails at the address you registered as the Epson Global ID, the alternate email address is used instead.
This is normally used when resetting your password.
Although registering an alternate email address is optional, we strongly recommend that you use this feature.

Enter active email addresses that can receive emails.

Notes when entering a password:
Enter a combination of at least two types of characters from uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols ( ! # $ % & * + - = ? @ _ ).

  • Password length: 10 to 60 characters
  • You cannot use the email address you registered as the password.
  • Your password is case-sensitive.

When you select 'Keep me logged in' and login, you do not need to enter your ID and password for one year, and you can use multiple services.
However, in the following situations, your login is canceled.

  • If you have not logged in to a service for 1 year
  • When you have logged out of a service.
  • When you clear cookies from the browser you are using.

* Do not use this option if you are using a public computer, such as a computer located in a school or office.

This logs you out of the service you are using.
When you log out, you are logged out of all of the services covered by your Epson Global ID single-sign-on feature.

Cancel your subscriptions to every service you are using from your Epson Global ID. Your Epson Global ID is then automatically deleted.

You can re-register your Epson Global ID using the same email address even after canceling your subscription.
However, the data you collected is deleted and cannot be restored.

Do the following to reset your password:

  1. Access the Reset My Password page.
  2. Enter your Epson Global ID (your email address), and then click the 'Send Email' button.
  3. For users who have set an alternate email address or date of birth, on the Reset Password Email Confirmation Page:
    • To send a Reset Password email to your alternate email address, enter the alternate email address.
    • To use your date of birth as verification, enter your date of birth.
    • Click the 'Send Email' button to send an email to the address you entered.
  4. Access the reset password link in the email within 30 minutes of sending the email.
  5. On the Reset My Password page, enter your Epson Global ID, new password, and your date of birth, and then click the 'Reset Password' button.
  6. Your password is reset.

Check the following.

[For PCs and smart phones]

  1. Was the Epson Global ID (email address) or alternate email address entered correctly?
    Check the email address that you entered.
  2. The email address or date of birth you entered on the password reset screen may be wrong.
    Check your email address and date of birth and try resetting the password again.
  3. Was the email sent to your spam folder?
    The information email may have been determined to be Spam email. Check your Spam email.
  4. Has your email inbox or server reached its maximum limit?
    After checking with your email provider, remove any unnecessary data to bring the amount of data in your inbox below the maximum limit.
  5. Is your Internet service provider experiencing service interruptions?
    Check with your provider to make sure you are currently able to send and receive emails.

  2. Do you have a feature enabled that blocks emails that are not sent from mobile devices?
